Hi, I'm Anna, and I'll be running the 2025 TCS London Marathon whilst raising money for a cause close to my heart.

I'll be running in support of the Alzheimer's Society, and all the amazing work they do in supporting those with Alzheimers and the ones who care for them across the country.

Poppy (my grandad), has lived with Alzheimers for some years now and recently gone into full time care due his needs been too complex for how he can be supported at home. My memories with poppy are so happy, he's funny, kind, cheeky, a great dancer, and there's nothing he couldn't make or do in the house and round the garden.

Despite his diagnosis, he still is able to engage in some of the things he loves, like dancing and jigsaws thanks to the fantastic care he receives from Thistle Hill Care home, and regular visits from family and friends.
