So I'm running Brighton Marathon this weekend. I don't have a clue why I thought it would be a good idea..... The training has left me feeling broken some days and invincible on others. Miraculously I have made it through without injury so there's no backing out now! Let's hope i enjoy it and make it to the finishing line without crawling.

I'm raising money for a local charity, SARAC (Sexual Abuse Rape Advice Centre), based in Burton upon Trent they offer free, independent and one-to-one emotional support, information and advice.

SARAC specialist support is for everyone over 11 years of age who has been affected at any time in their lives. They work in partnership with their clients to expand their choices, facilitate recovery and encourage personal growth.
