Domino the dog, Lucy, and I and our team of friends and family will be joining the Big Fun Walk next weekend. We will be walking 8.5 miles to help spread awareness and raise funds for North London Hospice, a charity that has been a huge support to my Dad and our family this year.

Every pound raised helps the hospice's care teams to provide the best quality palliative and end-of-life care and support for patients and families living with a life-limiting illness.

This annual event is so important because all the services the hospice offers are provided completely free. With only 40% of funding coming from the NHS, they rely on donations from the community to raise £ 13 million each year.

I would be so grateful for donations of any amount.
