As your MP I always try and support great local charities who do amazing work to support people in times of need. I try to have a ‘Charity of the Year’ and am delighted to announce my charity for 2025…

This year I will be supporting Teesside Hospice because they do such amazing work changing lives across Teesside by supporting people and families who've been affected by a terminal illness.

They looked after a dear friend of mine last year and made his last weeks as peaceful as could be hoped for.

I also speak to so many constituents who have benefited from their support both in the hospice, and at home and in the community.

I will be undertaking a number of challenges and events this year - something every month of 2025 - and so I’m so grateful to everyone for any support you can provide.
