On the 16th May I am aiming to hike the Welsh 3000's. The Welsh 3000s is a legendary test of endurance covering all 15 peaks over 3000 feet in the Snowdon mountain range. The challenge includes 50km of hiking, and nearly 4000m of ascent in under 24 hours. While doing this challenge I am aiming to raise £1000 for North West Air Ambulance to support them in providing their fantastic and life saving service for the people of the North West.
