On the 26th of June, I'll be shaving my head to raise funds for Auti.ms, an organisation dedicated to supporting autistic women and girls.

Autism is often misunderstood, and autistic women and girls often face unique challenges that can include late or incorrect diagnoses due to gender biases and the subtler presentation of autism in females. This can lead to increased anxiety, depression and burnout.

By shaving my head, I hope to bring attention to these challenges and raise funds to help Auti.ms continue to offer their services to autistic females.

    ⁃    provide materials to schools to aid their understanding of autism in girls
