Story
If you knew me at school, the thought of me running a half marathon seems laughable. Am I having a quarter-life crisis? Maybe. But with my very own personal trainer and hype man by my side (my dad), I’ll be taking on all 13.1 miles of the Manchester Half Marathon on Sunday 12th October. Dad inspired me with his incredible fundraising for The Christie Hospital when he ran the marathon in April, and so now it’s my turn to do something (marat)honourable for a good cause.
Nearly 1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lifetime which is why I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work.
Every donation makes a difference, so please sponsor me and help to power pioneering research. Whether it’s £1 or £100, your donations will keep me going and help beat cancer. Thank you for your generosity!
