I am raising money for LionHeart, the charity for RICS professionals, past and present, and their families.

On 03 May 2026, I ran 10k for the first time in the ABP Southampton Marathon Festival. I signed up for the Royal Parks Half the week before, and so I have a lot of training to do to reach 21.1km in October!

I have historically never been a runner, preferring weight training to running, and have set this as a challenge to myself to support a charity which does vital work for my profession.

I would be so grateful for any donations in support of my training through the summer.

It is even more special to be doing this as RICS Matrics UK Chair and representing the RICS Matrics community, although will present more of a challenge for time commitment!

I will be continuing to update my page with training updates as I go.
