This is the second year in a row I will be fundraising for the amazing charity Mind! At the start of the year I was unsure as to which chairty I would fundraise for, after having received a place in the ballot. However, I decided to fundraise for mental health once again, after a recent heartbreaking incident taken place last week at Chester-le-street railway station. This is is in memory of Ben Whiteman and all other lives lost in this cruel world from mental health. This crisis is growing rapidly and I would like to raise money in the hope to make a small difference in helping those receive help and support 💚

People speak up if you are struggling and work together to fight this mental health crisis. All I ask is a small donation towards my target of £200, anything will make a difference 🫶🏽
