This October, I’ll be running my very first Half Marathon in support of Guide Dogs, taking on the 2025 Royal Parks Half Marathon in London.

Every single day, 250 more people in the UK begin to lose their sight—joining over 2 million already living with sight loss. That number is expected to double by 2050, making the work of charities like Guide Dogs more urgent than ever.

Guide Dogs offers life-changing services including guide and buddy dog partnerships, mobility training, education support, sighted guiding, and so much more. But these services are only possible through the generosity of people like you.
