This year I'm raising funds with Your Move Chris Stonock for an amazing local charity Chuf (Children's Heart Unit Fund).

I’m doing something that definitely pushes me out of my comfort zone — ABSEILING down the RVI Hospital! 😳🧗‍♂️

Chuf support those who are born with or who develop heart conditions in childhood, funding everything from specialist equipment and staffing that is far beyond NHS capacity as well as practical holistic support for families at the worst times of their lives.

Every donation, big or small, will help CHUF continue their life-changing work and will give me that extra bit of courage when I step over the edge!
