In October 2025, I will be taking on my very first half marathon—the Cardiff Half Marathon—to raise vital funds and awareness for Bowel Cancer UK, a charity dedicated to saving lives and improving the quality of life for everyone affected by bowel cancer.

This cause is deeply personal to me. Last year, my grandma was diagnosed with bowel cancer and she continues to fight bravely.

Bowel cancer is one of the most common cancers, yet many people remain unaware of the symptoms or the importance of early diagnosis. My aim through this campaign is not only to raise essential funds to support ongoing research, patient care, and family support but also to promote awareness around this condition.

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading charity for bowel cancer and aims to support lives of family members and individuals who are affected by bowel cancer.
