I am running The Saucony 10km in London in July to raise money for Alcohol Change to help reduce alcohol harm and promote healthier relationships with alcohol.

Alcohol Change UK is a UK-based charity focussed on reducing alcohol-related harm. They work to improve alcohol treatment services, increase awareness of alcohol misuse, and reduce related problems. Their efforts include developing policies based on research evidence, creating new ideas for harm reduction, and providing support for individuals struggling with alcohol.

They run campaigns like Dry January to try and encourage responsible drinking. They offer support to individuals, families and professionals affected by alcohol misuse, including training programs and advice on setting up support networks.

Alcohol Change UK is a truly independent charity, not accepting funding from the alcohol industry, and their work is funded through grants and donations.
