Dementia is a condition that affects countless individuals and families, often without warning. It can be a challenging journey for both those living with the condition and their loved ones.

Dementia Active group is a life saver to so many people & family's. John hasn't been to the group for quite a while now as he was in hospital. He is now home and not very mobile, but thank you to Andy & team we're working towards getting him back in next few weeks. I'm sure the stimulation and care he receives at the group will have a massive impact on his recovery!

At Dementia Active Charity, they understand the profound impact dementia has on our community. The daily activity groups provide a safe and supportive environment for people living with dementia, where they can engage in meaningful activities such as gentle exercise, arts and crafts, singing, and table games. These sessions not only foster connection but also offer a much-needed respite for caregivers who tirelessly support their loved ones.

As we prepare for our upcoming event, "Walk a Marathon in a Month" on June 22, 2025, we invite you to join us in making a difference. Our goal is to raise as much money as we can to expand the services and reach more individuals affected by dementia.
