I'm hosting a Garden Get-together as part of the National Garden Scheme's Great British Garden Party this year. I'm combining my love of gardens and getting together with friends and family, to raise vital funds for some of the UK's best-loved nursing and health charities.

Every donation, large or small, will help provide vital support for the wonderful work done by the beneficiary charities supported by the National Garden Scheme including Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK, Carers Trust, the Queen's Institute of Community Nursing and Parkinson's UK.
