I'm raising money for CCHF as they are supporting Becky through her cancer treatment. Before treatment Becky ran a 100+k ultra in June, to say she is strong is an understatement. She is an inspirational lady.

I took part in London Hyrox, an intense endurance event. We smashed it at 1hour13 running our socks off and pushing ourselves all the way, it was tough especially the 100 wall balls to finish .

All donations however small will be gratefully received.

The money will go towards improving the experience of patients undergoing treatment at the NHS cancer and haematology units at Stoke Mandeville and High Wycombe hospitals, Buckinghamshire.
