In August 2025, Christine, Anne, Debbie & Shona, or as we are calling ourselves “The Walkie Talkies”, have challenged ourselves to take on the Rob Roy Mighty Hike to help raise money for people living with cancer. This is a marathon hike (approx.26 miles) around the Trossachs. The Challenge is also to chat all the way round!

We’re doing this to remember some special people in our lives, Emily, Denis, Iain and Desmond.

We’d be so grateful if you could help us reach our pledge £1000. This could provide people living with cancer and their families essential medical, practical and emotional support.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.

Any donations is appreciated to spur us on with our challenge.
