This year I turn 65, to celebrate I decided it was time for a challenge! I will be cycling approx. 485kms in 7 days through Vietnam to Cambodia.

I have chosen to support Young Lives Vs Cancer on behalf of my grandson Archie, who received incredible support after his diagnosis. From day one the support they offered and communication was next to none. I’m taking part in this cycle challenge to help children and families that shouldn’t be facing these fears. Please help supporting a worthwhile charity.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you.
