Over the past few months I have had a number of health issues (age has not been kind)-Unfortunately the dreaded news finally arrived that I have an advanced cancer and most likely (double whammy) a blood cancer too! I mean why just stop at one right?? So this nasty little cancer has taken a trip around my body map and made various nasty little pit stops along the way-I wish it was a Lada as it wouldn't likely have gotten beyond my pelvis before breaking down. After being labelled as 'rare, challenging and special' (fact not my new Tinder profile) its likely that the treatment ahead will be tough, but nothing worth it was ever easy right?? Anyone who know me knows that my hair is very important to me, lord know I am not waking up on day to find these locks on my pillow so I am going to brave the shave! And donate them to the little princess trust that make wigs for children . This is a proactive move for me and puts me back in the driving seat (another car analogy) of this blasted disease!  So its coming off, would love you all to join  me on March 4th (at 1100) where your support and love is always appreciated.  I also plan to wear an outlandish and crazy hat or scarf for every day of this journey-why fit in when you were born to stand out right?  So any donations (the crazier the better) are welcomed for my growing collection.I know that everyone is finding it tough nowadays, literally any donations no matter how small are welcomed-it will support City Hospice to provide essential care during treatment and for end of life care for all of the other warriors out there enduing their own journeys.
