My dear friend and training motivator, Sally passed away before Christmas from Cancer.

Here we are battling blizzard conditions conquering Scafell Pike in June as part of the 3 Peak Challenge. Amazingly, we both achieved this in under 24 hours. Unknown to us, Sally Clump (Cancer Lump) must have been lurking.

Sally was always raising money for others and as a tribute to her life, friends, family and her running community are taking on the 100km Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge in May.

In 2018 I raised money for Bowel Cancer and there is now a nationwide test for early signs of Bowel Cancer. Sadly this did not detect Sally's cancer but their is ongoing research into liver and bowel cancers, by focusing on the genetic faults.

Please can you help me to raise money for Cancer Research in memory of Sally.
