I am running my 1st Marathon in aid of the Christie.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago, during lockdown. I spent 2 years back and forth to the Christie in Manchester.

I was looked after by wonderfully expert and empathetic staff who got me through such a difficult period in my life. I still have to go to the Christie every 3 months for regular check-ups as part of a 10 year trial.

I want to raise money for these staff, from the lovely person who gave me a cup of tea to the people who inserted my cannula.
