Story
Bone cancer is rare but devastating.
Although I am lucky enough to say that bone cancer hasn't personally affected me or my loved ones, I believe this is all the more reason to help. It is my mission to raise awareness for this incredible charity, which is often overlooked and not given the attention it deserves.
Bone Cancer Research Trust funds vital research into better treatments and earlier diagnosis, and beyond this, offers support to patients and their families who are impacted by bone cancer.
Having previously lived in Prague for my studies, it holds a very special place in my heart and truly feels like a second home. On the 28th March 2026, I will be partaking in the Prague Half Marathon, and running 13.1 miles for Bone Cancer Research Trust. I am incredibly lucky to be healthy enough to take on this challenge, and I am passionate about using that privilege to do something meaningful for those who can't.
This time I will be heading back to Prague in a completely different way - but I don't just want to run for me, I want to run for a reason.
That's why I am raising money for this incredible charity, who are dedicated to saving lives and improving outcomes for those affected by primary bone cancer.
This is a big personal challenge for me, and knowing every step is helping to fund life-saving research makes it even more special.
