I have taken on a personal challenge to trek up Mount Kilimanjaro this Autumn and wanted to combine this feat with fundraising for Move Momentum which is a small local charity in Winchester which provides dance classes for the Elderly, people with disabilities, wheelchair uses and other groups who struggle to access similar activities at accessible venues and at a low cost.

I volunteer at a group for people over 65. The classes are tailored so people can find the level which suits their physical abilities whilst feeling fun and inclusive. Everyone ends up with a huge smile on their face .. The classes help maintain strength, balance and coordination as well as provide social support to combat isolation and loneliness .Raising sufficient funds to keep the classes running and open to all the groups who benefit is tough as there are so many charities competing for scarce funds.

My trip is self funded so all your donations will go to Move Momentum . I realise money is tight with the rising cost of living but any donation you can make will be very much appreciated.
