Every single day my fiancé’s younger brother, Finlay, teaches me to be a better person. He has the extra chromosome that gives him the superpower that is Down’s syndrome. And yet, every single day he faces so many obstacles and barriers to living his life to the full.

I’m joining RunAcrossUK2026 to hopefully change that by raising awareness and vital funds for Down’s Syndrome Scotland - a brilliant charity supporting families and individuals with Down’s syndrome to live their best lives.

We’re running 64 kilometres from Inverness to Aviemore on World Down’s Syndrome Day (21 March) to change the future for all the Finlays in this world - please send us your love and support, if you can.
