Second deployment to Egypt for Palestine

Personal trip to Egypt · 6 September 2024
Greetings and blessings to all. This year, we are embarking on our first deployment with the Magic Wishing Well Charity to distribute donations to displaced Palestinian families in Egypt. With your help, we can make a significant impact. Let's stand together for Palestine and show the world that we oppose the ongoing genocide.
Many families are living in dire conditions, struggling to afford basics like rent, food, and clothing. Magic Wishing Well Charity aims to provide each displaced family with a monthly support package of £200. The goal is to reach 100 families, and with your generosity, we can make this happen.
Why This Matters
These families have endured unimaginable hardships, and their resilience is both humbling and inspiring. By supporting this cause, you are not just providing financial aid; you are offering hope and a sense of solidarity to those who need it most.
The Prophet, upon be peace, said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.” (Al-Tirmidhi)
How You Can Help
Donate: Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to our goal.

Upcoming Deployment
In September, we will be going for three days to distribute the donations. This is a 100% donation policy mission, and everything will be hand-delivered by us. Your donations will directly reach those in need without any administrative costs.
Below are three testimonies of the many families that were visited on the first deployment. This highlights the direct impact of your donations and generosity.
Heartfelt Testimonials
Testimony 1
I asked a Palestinian sister how she was, she replied "Alhamdulillah" with a slight smile. She shared that her husband was martyred, yet her faith remained unshaken. Despite the pain of losing 55 family members and friends, her words "Alhamdulillah" echoed with strength and resilience. Her story moved me to tears and deepened my resolve to help.
Testimony 2
I approached a father who greeted me with "Alhamdulillah" and showed me photos of his child. The last photo was of his child in a kaffan. "My child is a Shaheed," he said, tears welling in his eyes, yet still saying "Alhamdulillah." His faith amidst such loss was a powerful testament to the human spirit.
Testimony 3
During Jumma prayers, aid was dropped right in front of us by parachute. Not one person broke from their prayers to grab the aid. The unity and devotion of these people is awe-inspiring. Takbeer! Allah Hu Akbar!
