At Life, we believe that every individual facing pregnancy or pregnancy loss deserves support, compassion, and the opportunity to flourish. Each year, we touch the lives of over 70,000 people, providing them with the emotional help and resources they need to navigate their journeys with courage and dignity.

Our dedicated services include free emotional support through counselling and skilled listening available via phone, text, email, or in person. We also offer housing and community support across the country for mothers and their babies. Additionally, we provide free pregnancy tests and essential baby supplies to those in need. Through our educational content, we strive to raise awareness about pregnancy and pregnancy loss while highlighting the vital work we do.

In September 2025, I will be participating in the Italian Camino Walk: Camino Via Francigena 110km to raise funds for Life.
