In 2025 we are aiming to significantly increase the capacity of an existing school in Jake (Banana) village, situated in rural southern Cambodia. Our partners, want to provide education to many more children who live in Banana village.

Story

Currently only approximately 50 children in Banana village receive education, with one class in the morning and two in the afternoon. The existing small classroom building which stands on land owned by the church, has never been completed. Our project is to raise funds to build an additional two-classrooms and a small teacher’s office. Funds permitting, we wish to complete the existing classroom and provide a boundary wall to the rear of the area.

This is another exciting Mission Direct project partnering with Serve Cambodia and Fellowship of Hope Church Network which will bring great benefit to a poor village community. The aim is to provide education for children who are currently unable to attend school and who are being targetted by drug dealers.
