Sadly at the start of the year my client Mark passed after battling cancer for multiple years.

Mark was one of the most inspiring people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing - he ran the Glasgow half marathon in 2023 while on his 11th round of chemo as well as running multiple 5 and 10ks during his battle.

He also completed a Hyrox relay with a few of my other clients just 4 months after finishing chemo and didn’t hesitate at taking it on.

So, in Marks memory I will be doing his Hyrox events on repeat for 24 hours.

1k run, 1k ski, 1k run, 200m farmers carry with 48kg.
