The October Club is a Day Centre that cares for people suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

It is a locally based Charity which, in common with many other Charities relies on donations to continue the invaluable work it does for the local community

I have seen how valuable the Club is, both to people with Alzheimers and Dementia, but also crucially in providing respite for carers making a huge difference to peoples lives

I am taking part in a one day ride in the Italian Dolomiteson Sunday July 7th which involves climbing up and over seven mountain passes.

It is a fantastic event undertaken by 10,000 cyclists from all over the world in the beautiful Dolomite Mountains, however it is a real challenge!

I have funded the event 100% myself so all donations go to the October Club. More information about the event can be found at https://www.maratona.it/en/
