Please support me as I take part in the Bike4TUF Challenge which will see me cycle from Newcastle to Glasgow via Edinburgh in 3 days. It’s 300 miles and looks quite hilly !

The ride is in support of The Urology Foundation, a charity I’ve supported for a number of years. They are an exceptional group of people who do amazing work on serious conditions such as cancers of the prostate, bladder and kidneys.
