I’ll be taking part in the London Marathon 2026, raising funds for Amantani.

Since 2013, Amantani and Shoezone have worked together to support young people in Peru’s Andes and Amazon. Now, I’m preparing to run 26.2 miles through the streets of London, to help open doors for young people in rural communities, creating access to academic and professional opportunities that can shape brighter futures.

My last marathon was in New York 2018, and 8 years on, I am still hoping to achieve a personal best!

Every donation, big or small, will go directly towards supporting Amantani’s work in education, employment, and fair trade. I’d love for you to join me on this journey… together, let’s make the London Marathon 2026 not only a personal challenge, but a step forward for education and opportunity.

Founded in 2008, Amantani works to defend the rights of young people from rural communities in the Andes and Amazon of Peru. We facilitate access to education for young people from marginalized families, fostering social development. Our intercultural approach promotes social inclusion, helping young people acquire the skills needed to successfully integrate into today’s society while maintaining and strengthening their autonomy and cultural pride.
