We are a group of friends who have known each other for nearly thirty years, we met in The Heroes pub in Waterlooville, hence the team name.

We all enjoy the outdoors , keeping fit and love a challenge whilst trying to fight off the forces of being middle aged.(some more middle aged than others ) 😁

This is our first event as a team but i'm sure it wont be the last!!
