In September 2023, my colleague and friend Sue Whitham had a sudden Cardiac Arrest at home and thanks to great CPR as well as the care from the London Ambulance Service & NHS, she is still with us today. However, there is a lot more work to do in raising awareness for CPR as well as raising the funds for more public defibrillators, particularly in some of London's less affluent areas.

On the 8th September, I will be walking the London Life Hike, a sponsored walk for the London Ambulance Charity. Every donation will help save lives by funding training the life-saving skills of CPR and placing public-access defibrillators across the Capital.
