Dons Local Action Group has been providing food parcels, household goods, furniture and appliances to those in need in our communities since 2020. They also donate laptops through our Keep Kids Connected campaign for children who do not have access to online learning at home.

I'm excited to be part of the London to Brighton Cycle Ride for Dons Local Action Group this September. It's a brilliant charity which I'm proud to have been involved with (in a very minor way) over the last two years.

Our 55 mile challenge will be departing from Clapham Common on 15th September, riding through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Heath before taking on the challenge that is Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs and finishing on the scenic Brighton Seafront!

Wish me luck - it's been some years since I did the run and the legs have not got any younger!
