I will be doing a 230 mile cycle ride from Ipswich to Huddersfield to raise funds for the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation. MND is a horrific illness and the work Darby Rimmer Foundation do is essential to finding a cure and a way to stop this horrible illness and support all those affected by it.

I have taken part in quite a few P4P charity rides for great causes and each one gets harder as I get older and each time I've said ' that is the last one '. Once I heard however that P4P were organizing a ' one last time ' for MND I had no hesitation but to sign up.

Easy bit done and now for the hard training miles to start and you can motivate and encourage me by donating to this great cause.
