At the Westbury Community Project, we believe that every elder deserves to live a fulfilled and vibrant life. Our Mercedes Amos Day Centre is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where seniors can engage in social interactions and participate in stimulating activities. From day trips and weekend breaks to keep-fit classes and arts and crafts, we create opportunities for our elders to connect with one another, alleviating feelings of loneliness, vulnerability, and isolation within our community.

As I prepare for the upcoming "Westbury Community Project - 5k swim" on May 24, 2025, we are reminded of the incredible support we receive from our local community. This event is not just a marathon; it is a celebration of togetherness and compassion. We aim to raise £1,000 to continue our vital work at the Day Centre, ensuring that our elders have access to the resources they need for a fulfilling life.
