Thanks for supporting my fundraising.

After a a long year recovering from a major hamstring tear back early this year! Hyrox has been on my mind for a few years now, but due to their incredible popularity its very hard to get a placement. So when I saw Mcmillian with places and the opportunity to raise some money for cancer then Inhad to sign up, with only Three few weeks preparation, its going to be a huge challenge and risk. But one im ready to except and give all I've got to help beat cancer and those effected by the horrible disease.

My Training has started but the gym does lack the equipment needed, so adaption will be required.

I've lost family members, but the biggest heart break of my life, was when Cancer took my Mum within 8 months of diagnosis at the age of 69 so very sad and still very fresh in my mind.

Having my own fitness business, its my passion to help others improve thier wellness and find the best of themselves.

So all I ask is for you too donate what you can afford happily, and help raise a minimum of £400 which is required, to attend this event.
