In April 2026, we will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause.

As you may know, in February 2025, Aoife was in ICU with sepsis and pneumonia. During this time Aoife was looked after by the incredible team in the Royal Hospital in Belfast. After leaving hospital, the information provided by the UK Sepsis Trust helped us to process what happened and learn so much about what exactly Sepsis is and appreciate how lucky Aoife was to have such an incredible care team.

We didn’t know the signs of Sepsis or how incredibly serious or time sensitive this disease is. We are completing this run to highlight the disease and what the symptoms are.
