I'm taking on the Mount Everest Base Camp trek — a journey to 5,364 metres through the Himalayas — to support something truly special: the Art of Living's Free Schools project, which provides free, holistic education to over 84,000+ children across 1,200+ schools in various Indian states.

These schools reach children in rural villages, tribal communities, and urban slums where education is often a distant dream. Every child receives textbooks, uniforms, nutritious meals, and healthcare — plus yoga, meditation, sports, and creative activities that help them grow with confidence and joy.

My trek is challenging, but nothing compared to the journey these children make every day — some walking miles barefoot, others balancing family duties with school. Every step I take is inspired by their courage and determination.
