Across Greater Manchester, Mustard Tree combats and prevents poverty, inequality, and homelessness.

They provide opportunities for people to help themselves through practical support, life skills and connections into work. They have done this for over 30 years.

But despite all their work, they have no choice but to support more and more people.

They now see over 11,000 people a month.

So we are running the Great Manchester Run for this fantastic, local Manchester based charity, to help them to help our community.

Jim is running the 10km distance, Maria is doing the 1/2 Marathon, your support for either or both is greatly appreciated.
