Tyler and I have decided to walk up Pen Y Fan to raise money for Brittle Bone Society. This is a charity very close to mine and Tyler's heart as our Niece Aveline was diagnosed with Brittle Bone Disease at 3 months old. Brittle Bone Disease affects the density of your bones and has an effect on her meeting her milestones due to frequent breaks and other factors. Along side the fragility of the bones come a host of medical conditions that affect some more than others. The Brittle Bone Society are constantly conducting research to help children with this disease and are looking for a cure. It would mean the world to me if you could fund mine and Tyler's walk and support the Brittle Bone Society with their ongoing research.
