Each year, BCHC Charity spends over £10,000 on Christmas gifts for inpatients of all ages and children of vulnerable families accessing BCHC Children's & Families services. The charity also provides party supplies, festive activities and entertainment, helping to bring some extra joy and comfort during the winter period.

As a mum of two, this appeal is particularly meaningful to me. Christmas is such a special time for children and families, and I strongly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience a little happiness and kindness during the festive season, particularly those going through difficult circumstances.

We have supported this charity collection before, and the response was fantastic. It was wonderful to see how many people wanted to contribute, and this year I would love for us to build on that success and make an even bigger difference.

BCHC Charity is the official charity supporting Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. We fund equipment, research and facilities not part of core NHS services. Your support helps provide those important “extras” that bring a smile to patients and service users and make their experience of BCHC care a little brighter.
