At the West Chester YMCA assistance is available for kids and families who otherwise would not have the financial means to be part of our Y. 1 of every 6 members walking through our doors receive direct financial assistance for their membership fees.

We also work hard to provide water safety to kids who otherwise would never learn to swim. Last year we taught water safety skills to over 300 children, free of charge!

Additionally, nearly 100 kids were able to participate in group swim lessons or participate on our swim team, thanks to our financial assistance program.

Our mission is to keep our doors open to all, regardless of their financial means. Donors fund our financial assistance program.
