On 16th May, a dedicated team from Aqueduct Marina will be taking on the incredible challenge of climbing Snowdon, with our journey from the marina to Snowdon starting at 04.00am.

Phil, Robert, Andrea, Joseph, Faith, Matt, Phill, Nick and Lee will be setting off before sunrise, and climbing to the top of Wales’ highest peak in support of our Charity of the Year, My CWA.

This isn’t just a walk, it’s an early start, a tough climb, and a real test of determination. But it’s nothing compared to the challenges faced by those supported by My CWA every single day.

We’re aiming to raise as much as possible for this fantastic charity, and every donation truly makes a difference. Whether it’s £1 or £100, your support will help motivate the team every step of the way (especially at 04.00am!).

My CWA is a local charity doing truly life-changing work to support individuals and families affected by domestic abuse across Cheshire.

They provide vital services including emergency refuge accommodation, outreach support, counselling, and practical help to rebuild lives after abuse.

Their work is not just about helping people escape unsafe situations, it’s about giving them the tools, confidence, and ongoing support to recover, heal, and move forward into a safer future.

They also work tirelessly in schools and communities to raise awareness, educate young people, and help prevent abuse before it happens.

Demand for their services continues to grow, and fundraising plays a crucial role in ensuring they can be there for everyone who needs them. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
