Mind's Feelgood Fortnight

I am taking part in Mind's Feelgood Fortnight, by participating in the 'get active' goal.
Even if you can only donate what you think is a small amount, every penny counts! Please help out in any way you can. I appreciate ALL help for this fundraiser, and even if you can't afford any money spare, sharing the fundraiser across social media would be really helpful too!
Did you know..?
1 in 4 people have a mental health condition. This is why Mind's work is so important. So many people need that support.
I know many people who have battled with their mental health, including myself and many people close to me.
So....what will I be doing?
I will be doing 50 sit-ups AND do 50 squats every single day until the fundraiser ends!
How will your donation help?
Your donation will help to make sure that information and support is available for everyone - on Mind's website. It will help fund and keep important resources available, such as the helplines they provide and further support through their online community.
Further information and background:
I would like to raise money for such an underfunded cause. Having worked in the mental health system directly for several years, and having BEEN in the system, I know how much more support and funding mental health needs. There is not enough emphasis on mental wellbeing on the whole and I hope to change this. I have recently become a campaigner for Mind. I thought - what better way to start my journey as a campaigner than to join in with their fundraiser! (None of the money raised will go to me, it all goes to the charity).
We are hoping to reform the (very) outdated mental health act and much more! Please see examples of our campaigning work on the mind website.
My journey has only just begun! Help me to help others by getting my campaigning and volunteer-work with Mind off to a flying start!
