Harriet, Lydia and Jo - proud members of the Arc staff team - are combining their sporting skills to do a team triathlon, raising funds for Arc in their 30th Birthday year!

Harriet will run 5km, Lydia will cycle 21km and Jo will swim 500m (in an outdoor brine pool!)

This year Arc is celebrating 30 impactful years improving mental health through creativity and what a colourful 30 years it has been! They've developed and adapted their services to meet the mental health needs of over 4,500 adults and young people on their core programmes in Stockport and across Greater Manchester.

Please help Arc to support as many people as possible over the next 30 years, to improve their mental health & wellbeing through creativity, build confidence and connection and find their safe, supportive and inspiring space.
