This year Arden Property Management is celebrating its 20th year in business. For the last two decades it has been a pleasure to serve both tenants and landlords across Scotland’s capital.

Although our work is incredibly rewarding, we wanted to celebrate this year by giving back in a meaningful ways that supports our local community. As a result, in 2026 Arden is looking outwards and committing to 20 concrete actions that support tenants, uplift neighbourhoods and strengthen the wider Edinburgh community.

One of our acts is the Murrayfield Stair Challenge for Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance, Scotland’s only charity-funded air ambulance service. SCAA rely on public support to keep flying and responding to time-critical emergencies wherever they occur in Scotland. No one in Scotland should die because help can't get there in time. Arden staff are doing there bit on Saturday 16th May by tackling the stair challenge and climbing an amazing 4200 stairs and a couple of the team are going even further and doing the 7500!
