My name is Areej, and I am a student at Islamia Girls School.

Each year, our school comes together for a sponsored walk to raise funds for critical causes impacting the global Muslim ummah. This year, our efforts are dedicated to supporting the people of Sudan, who are currently facing one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world.

The ongoing conflict in Sudan has devastated communities—leaving millions without access to food, clean water, medicine, or shelter. Families have been torn apart, children are suffering, and the need for urgent aid is greater than ever.

We are partnering with Muslim Hands, a trusted charity working on the ground to deliver life-saving support directly to those affected.
