It is that time of the year again. Time to do my bit for a good cause. Here's how it goes this year...

On October 28th we will climb the 56 floors to the viewing platform of 22 Bishopsgate, then 14 floors to the penthouse suite of 30 Fenchurch, and then the 320 steps of Hampstead Heath Tube Station. This will be followed by a scavenger hunt during the 5 km run to our final destination, Lord’s Cricket Ground, where we will celebrate our day which in my case is more of a hope than a certainty!
