Dementia UK believes that every family affected by dementia should have the support of a specialist nurse.

In August last year we found out that Val, my mother-in-law, has Alzheimer's. She went into hospital after a fall and never went home again. She is well cared for in a nursing home but unfortunately not everyone is as well looked after as she is.

This May, I'm going to bake, brew and raise vital funds for families facing dementia and I am really grateful for any support you can give.
